Positions Vacant

CompuCraft develops Web Content Management software for various corporations and government departments and are seeking to fill the following positions. Although advertised separately, some duties be filled by one person depending on the skills and experience of the applicants.


Applicants must have a current Department of Defence security clearance.

Helpdesk Manager

Key responsibilities of this position are:

  • initial registration, investigation and analysis of reported issues
  • initial assignment and prioritization of enquiries
  • follow up of outstanding issues with developers
  • Content Manager duties with then ComWeb help files and Web Sites.

Other requirements of this position are:

  • excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
  • familiarity with computers and experience with MS Office programs, and
  • the ability to work congenially in a small team.


ComWeb Release Coordinator

Key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Client liaison and release distribution
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Release packaging
  • Documentation

Development Support Position

Key responsibilities of this position are:

  • quality Assurance
  • sound Program version control
  • testing Script preparation
  • test Script version control.

We are looking for a .NET developer with at least 2 years experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio 2007 to join our dedicated team in Belconnen, ACT.
