Services Overview

With a great deal of experience in delivering successful projects over the last 25 years, CompuCraft can provide clients with the skills necessary to ensure a project meets its goals.

CompuCraft has personnel experienced in all facets of project development, support, training and help desk services.

Research

CompuCraft is a software research and development company. Our skills allow us to keep our products and services versatile with up-to-date technology, thus providing future-proofing for our applications and clients.

New Development

ComWeb was developed as a generic base for web development and new web based applications. It provides clients with a fast development option, using well defined modules and functions to deliver new features or entire applications quickly.

Implementation

CompuCraft has vast experience in understanding client requirements, specialising in the Web Applications Development and Web Content Management business space.

Development Services

Our current corporate direction includes development of new applications, new ComWeb modules and new ComWeb features.

CompuCraft has well defined product development, testing and documentation processes and procedures, supported by a clearly defined version control and development environment.

CompuCraft can be responsive to new requirements whilst ensuring integrity of that development and acceptance for the product.

Installation Services

Whether a standard ComWeb installation, new module installation or new application installation, we will work with you to develop, install and deploy the software in your environment.

Training

Training for users, managers and technical support staff will ensure that you gain the most benefit from any new implementation.

CompuCraft can provide training services, either as classroom training, train-the-trainer or self paced electronic courseware.

Documentation

CompuCraft can also help with documentation. The majority of ComWeb On-Line context sensitive help reference pages have been constructed and cross-referenced as ComWeb web sites.

ComWeb has proven effective and manageable to delegate certain sections of documentation (as pages of a web site) to relevant subject matter experts and leave ComWeb the task of presentation and navigation.
