CompuCraft generally operates through Channel Partners and Value Added Resellers. Existing customers should contact the organisation that supplied the system. A list of current partners is available here.

If your system was purchased directly from CompuCraft, support is usually provided through trained Site Administrators within your organisation. Please use the Feedback option or link in the footer of your organisations' web pages to locate your Site Administrator and request assistance.

Qualified client "ComWeb Administrators" may deal directly with the CompuCraft Help Desk for issue resolution.

Support arrangements and conditions are defined in the ComWebTMSupport and Maintenance Agreement.
